Once you download and extract the file,you may install as below.
You may click install flash at the end of setup.

You also may install flash manually.Install flash software inside folder jin online -> "InstallDir" -> "FlashInstaller.exe".

You can change windows resolution either by clicking 2 package below.
Step 4
Click "Play.exe" to play the game.
